SurfSide Auto Care Messaging Terms and Conditions
- The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up again and we will start sending SMS messages to you.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for more assistance or contact service@surfsideautocare.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on communication needs. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
