Work Authorization: By approving this quote or authorizing repair, the customer authorizes Surfside Auto Care to

perform the services listed on the front page. Any additional repairs, parts, labor, teardown, diagnosis, or

reassembly not listed on the front page will require additional customer authorization before work proceeds, when

required by law. Quoted Pricing: All quoted pricing is based on the parts, labor, and services listed on the front

page. Quotes are estimates only. Final price may change if additional damage, broken clips, missing hardware,

hidden issues, seized or damaged components, incorrect prior repairs, or related repairs are discovered during

diagnosis, disassembly, or installation. Customer-Supplied Parts: Surfside Auto Care does not provide any

warranty, guarantee, or responsibility for customer-supplied parts. Surfside Auto Care is not responsible for the

quality, condition, correctness, fitment, finish, durability, compatibility, or performance of customer-supplied parts,

and is not responsible for any damage, delays, rework, diagnostic time, labor, or additional costs caused in whole

or in part by customer-supplied parts. Labor related to installation, removal, replacement, diagnosis, or

reinstallation of customer-supplied parts is chargeable and is not refundable once performed. Manufacturer Parts

Warranty: Some new parts may include a manufacturer, supplier, or seller warranty, including a limited or lifetime

warranty, if offered by that manufacturer or seller. Any such warranty is provided only by the manufacturer or seller

of the part, not by Surfside Auto Care, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Surfside Auto Care makes no

separate warranty on parts beyond any manufacturer warranty that may apply. Warranty claims on covered parts

are subject to the manufacturer’s terms, exclusions, procedures, and approval. Labor Warranty: Unless otherwise

stated in writing, Surfside Auto Care warrants its workmanship for 30 days from the date of service. This

workmanship warranty applies only to labor actually performed by Surfside Auto Care and only to the specific

repair listed on the invoice. Warranty Exclusions: Any warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse,

abuse, neglect, overheating, racing, improper maintenance, accidents, corrosion, electrical faults, unrelated

component failure, pre-existing damage, prior improper repairs, customer-supplied parts, used parts, or any failure

caused by parts not installed by Surfside Auto Care. Fitment, Finish, and Appearance: Replacement parts will be

installed and checked for reasonable fitment and appearance. Exact color, texture, finish, alignment, or cosmetic

match is not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing. Aftermarket, used, rebuilt, or customer-supplied parts

may vary from original parts. Vehicle Condition / Fragile Components: Because of vehicle age, mileage, and prior

repairs, clips, tabs, fasteners, panels, trim, connectors, hoses, seals, and plastic components may be brittle,

seized, worn, or previously damaged. Surfside Auto Care is not responsible for breakage or failure of aged, brittle,

corroded, seized, or previously damaged components during normal diagnosis, disassembly, or reassembly.

Additional Work / Hidden Damage: If hidden damage or additional repairs are discovered, Surfside Auto Care may

pause work until the customer approves revised pricing and scope. If the customer declines additional repairs after

teardown or partial disassembly, the customer remains responsible for authorized labor, diagnosis, teardown,

reassembly, and any nonreturnable parts already used or ordered. Delays and Parts Availability: Surfside Auto Care

is not responsible for delays caused by shipping problems, supplier issues, backordered parts, incorrect parts

received, manufacturer defects, warranty claim processing, weather, or other events outside normal control.

Limitation of Responsibility: Surfside Auto Care is responsible only for the specific labor performed and parts

installed under the approved repair order. Surfside Auto Care is not responsible for loss of use, towing, storage,

rental costs, lost wages, incidental damages, consequential damages, or unrelated vehicle problems that occur

before, during, or after the repair, except to the extent required by law. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon

completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits for ordered parts may be required. Special-

order or nonreturnable parts may require prepayment.
